  "evidenceNote": "Catalog source-snapshot dates (legacy 2026-08-22; candidate 2026-08-27) are distinct from the 2026-10-02 offline cryptographic re-check and from chain freshness. Chain freshness was not performed: no stored live-balance census. A 2026-10-02 remaining-sats probe of the 77 catalog-unsolved addresses (scripts/chain-watch.cjs) found none below half its nominal reward. On 2026-10-02 the first reward spend of every solved record was read from mempool.space and cross-checked on blockstream.info (txid, block, time); all 83 solved records now store solve_txid, solve_block and solved_at (method and per-record findings: docs/atlas-work/gaps-2026-10/). Records whose only evidence is that spend carry the On-chain label: it attests that the reward moved, not who moved it.
